David P. Cummins is Sr. Vice President of Parking and Justice Solutions for Xerox's Transportation Solutions Group. Xerox is the largest provider of municipal parking services in the world.
He leads the unit that operates parking management solutions in 30 U.S. cities and nearly 100 municipalities in the U.K. The services provided include meter installation and operations, parking ticket processing, and overall systems integration for parking authorities. Cummins previously served as the VP of business development for the transportation solution group, leading sales, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Xerox, Cummins was director of operations planning and management for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic organizing committee. In 2003, he was a recipient of the International Project of the Year Award, presented by the Project Management Institute, for his work during the Winter Olympic games.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, an MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Messiah College.
