Richard Schnacker

Richard “Kent” Schnacker is Group President of Xerox Services’ Financial Services Group. The financial services group represents more than $600 million in annual revenue and includes Xerox Services’ finance & accounting, mortgage and banking services, consumer and commercial loan servicing, mutual fund and securities services, and education services for colleges and universities.

Previously, Schnacker was Senior Managing Director of the Commercial Education & Financial Services delivery unit for Xerox Services, growing the business by 20% from $280 million in annual revenue to $336 million in annual revenue in four years.

While Senior Managing Director, Schnacker oversaw business development, technology development, client relationships and operations. Commercial Education & Financial Services supports the top fifteen commercial banks, more than 400 colleges and universities, and 8 million borrowers.

Schnacker joined Xerox Services in 1990, as the CIO for its commercial education and loan servicing businesses. In that capacity Kent led several technology initiatives including migrating to a new loan servicing platform, implementing an improved image workflow application, and establishing virtual call center capabilities. Additionally, Kent was one of the executive leaders responsible for the start up of operations to support the largest U.S. federal student loan program.

He has more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience that includes directing large technology implementations and leading major new business pursuits. Prior to joining Xerox Services, Schnacker served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer for several large firms in the airline and oil industries.
